Warranty

At Solo Teak, we guarantee that each item from our collection is free from structural defects for a period of 2 years from the delivery date. We place great importance on the quality and durability of our products, aiming to ensure that our customers can enjoy their purchases for years with this warranty. If a structural defect occurs within this 2-year period after delivery, as determined by Solo Teak, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost. Our priority is to ensure that every piece of furniture leaving our premises meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. It is important to distinguish structural defects from material defects and upholstery materials related to defects occurring during normal use, as described below.

Keep Invoice for Warranty

The costs for replacement or repair, including shipping costs within the Benelux, are covered by Solo Teak. Improper use or insufficient care of the furniture, fabrics, or upholstery excludes any form of claim and voids warranties. These warranty terms apply exclusively to items purchased directly from Solo Teak. Complaints will only be processed if found to be justified. Our designated service department will assess the validity of a complaint and determine the necessary steps to resolve it. ALWAYS keep your invoice, as it serves as your proof of warranty and is issued only once. Without the invoice, we cannot provide warranty coverage.
